LYA Porto is a unique mixed-use real estate development in Porto. The projected ensemble of buildings will provide short-term to long-term forms of healthy living and well-being within a green and environmental-friendly setting.
LYA has been initiated by Dr. Alexander Jeshurun and Mrs Liat Lea Yeshurun all around the central idea to provide excellent and outstanding places for different forms of healthy living and well-being within a green and environmental-friendly setting.
The location of the property is on the corner of Rua S o Bras and Rua Pedro Ribeiro – very close to the practice stadium of FC Porto Football Club. This project will feature a unique combination of high class residential and health treatment related offers.
The plot spreads about 5.500 sqm and it is partially covered by former army buildings, some of which are about 200 years old. The impressive main building will be restored and be integrated into the projected hotel complex.
The project will be the first Green project in Porto and use Eco Friendly systems of building, Solar energy and other energy saving systems. It will have a lot of green areas with rooftop gardens and terraces, English Gardens, lots of trees and flowers etc.
The hotel complex will comprise the historic army monument building and another new building attached to it through a spacious open atrium. The hotel entrance is located at the street corner, very visible and with an attractive eye-catching foyer featuring the ancient monument walls.
